Greetings! First of all, we sincerely appreciate your long‑term trust, support and full cooperation with our company. Backed by consistent product quality and premium services, our glass‑fiber‑containing product series have gained wide recognition and favor from numerous customers.

近期，受市场大环境影响，玻璃纤维原材料、化工辅料价格持续大幅上涨，同时叠加能源成本及人工生产成本的不断攀升，我司含玻璃纤维系列产品的生产制造成本大幅增加，原有价格体系已无法覆盖正常生产运营支出，企业经营压力持续加剧。

Since the second half of 2025, driven by overall market conditions, prices of glass‑fiber raw materials and chemical auxiliaries have kept surging significantly. Coupled with rising energy and labor production costs, manufacturing costs for our glass‑fiber‑containing product lines have increased substantially. The original pricing system can no longer cover regular production and operational expenses, placing mounting pressure on our business operations.

为持续保障产品品质稳定、保证供货稳定性，坚守产品质量底线，为各位客户提供持续可靠的产品与服务，经我司管理层慎重研究、综合评估后，现决定对全系含玻璃纤维产品价格进行上调，具体调价事宜通知如下：

To sustain stable product quality, secure reliable supply, uphold strict quality standards, and deliver consistent products and services to our customers, our management has conducted careful deliberation and comprehensive evaluation. We hereby decide to raise prices for all glass‑fiber‑containing products. Details of the price adjustment are notified as follows:

一、调价产品范围 Scope of Adjusted Products

我司所有含玻璃纤维材质系列产品（包含但不限于含玻璃纤维的导热垫片HW-GXXX-FG系列、导热绝缘片HW-F系列等相关品类）。

All our product series incorporating glass‑fiber materials (including but not limited to glass‑fiber‑reinforced thermal gap pads HW‑GXXX‑FG series, thermal insulating sheets HW‑F series and other relevant product categories).

二、调价执行时间 Effective Date of Price Adjustment

自 2026年08月20日 起，所有新下单订单统一执行调整后价格。

All new purchase orders placed on and after August 20, 2026 shall adopt the revised prices.

三、调价幅度 Adjustment Range

本次产品价格整体上调15~30%，具体单品调价明细可咨询我司销售窗口。

Overall product prices will be increased by 15‑30%. Please contact our sales representatives for detailed pricing of individual items.

四、相关说明 Supplementary Notes

1、本通知发布前已确认、且全款/定金到账的订单，仍按原合同价格执行；未付款、未锁定价格的订单，将统一按照新价格结算。

Orders confirmed before the release of this notice with full payment or deposit received shall be executed at the original contractual price. Unpaid and non‑price‑locked orders will be settled at the new prices.

2、本次价格调整为市场成本倒逼的被动调整，非市场恶意调价，我司将持续严控生产损耗、优化运营成本，尽力为客户缩减采购成本。

This price adjustment is a passive response to rising market costs rather than arbitrary price hikes. Our company will keep tight control over production waste, optimize operational expenses, and strive to lower procurement costs for customers.

3、调价后我司将一如既往严格把控产品质量，稳定供货周期，全力保障各位客户的正常采购与生产需求。

Following this adjustment, we will continue to rigorously control product quality, maintain stable lead times, and fully support your regular procurement and production requirements.
